Our Services
Chemical Metal Cleaning (Paint & Rust Removal) + E-Coat Priming
Our chemical immersion paint and rust-removal processes are superior to any destructive, abrasive or impact cleaning methods which remove both metal, as well as the paint and rust. Our processes cause the paint and rust to lift off of steel and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals, leaving the underlying surface clean and bright. No metal loss means no metal fatiguing, stress, cracks, or etching. Our process cleans between metal seams and can reach into channels -- where these other processes can’t.
Paint Removal At Restoration Specialists
Commercial customers use our services to curb company losses which occur through paint-line quality errors. We clean paint-line rejects so that you can recycle the parts instead of throwing them away.
Paint line stoppages due to paint build-up are easily averted when routine cleaning is scheduled as part of regular line maintenance. We clean chains, bars, hooks, ladders – any parts which accumulate paint over time. We’ll help keep your paint line clean so that outages are reduced.
We can also help you change company colors (desks, file cabinets, etc.) quickly and at a reduced-cost when compared to buying new.
Automotive customers use our metal cleaning services as part of their car restoration projects. From Model-T’s to one-of-a-kind automobiles, we handle them all and take great care to protect them through all steps of the process.
Residential customers use our metal cleaning services to clean patio tables, chairs, radiators, antiques (soda machines, pedal cars), fencing, tools and more. Don’t spend your free time completing these difficult, time-consuming tasks on your own – we’d be happy to do the dirty work for you!
Rust Removal At Restoration Specialists
Our chemical immersion rust-removal process targets rust on all visible surfaces along with that hiding inside channels. Our process will not harm any of the underlying metal.
We will return your items clean, fully neutralized and coated with a rust-inhibitor that will provide you with some time to complete your final metal-finishing steps.
E-Coat Priming
In addition to our metal cleaning services, we also offer black epoxy e-coat priming and part disassembling services. E-coat priming, also known as electrodeposition coating, is an immersion method of painting that uses an electrical current to deposit the paint. The process provides a complete, durable, and long-lasting finish and is especially favored and effective for parts which have hard-to-reach areas.
